who is behind this?
Our founder, Steve Wolgemuth was a nationally recognized dressage rider—in 1993 he was the 4th ranking Grand Prix rider in the U.S. competing for a spot on the North American Championship Team, behind Michael Poulin, Steffen Peters, and Carol Lavell.
Later, in his 40s, he pivoted to build a digital marketing company which reached seven figures by 2015 and doubled by 2022. Along the way, Steve was named Small Business Person of the Year in Central Pennsylvania, and in 2020 won the Axiom Gold Medal—the world's most prestigious award for business authors—for his book on marketing leadership.
Steve knows both worlds, dressage and business. He lived the struggle of being talented in the saddle while frustrated running a horse business. He later gained extensive business expertise and coaching experience—and built this program for professionals exactly like you.
